Board of Directors Regular Meeting Minutes

Present:    President Alan Ackley and Clerk Monica Knaff

Absent:     Vice President Peter Legnos, Treasurer Thomas Santacroce, Director Jeffery Vary,                   Chief Todd Paige, Deputy Chief Russell Shaw, Fire Marshal Michael Richards

                  and Administrative Assistant Jamie Muhlack 

President Alan Ackley opened the meeting at 7:20 p.m.  The clerk announced the call to order with the time, date and place.  Roll call was taken and it was establish that a quorum was not present.

The president cancelled the August meeting at 7:22 p.m.
